Sync with Facebook resulted in game starting at level one

Hi,

I play candy crush saga on two devices. Last week, the new levels (level 3891 to 3905) opened on device 1 but did not open on device 2. I read that they would open on both if I created a Facebook account and synched both devices. I created a Facebook account on device 1 and linked it with candy crush. Now device 1 is back to the beginning - level 1. And device 2 is still on level 3890. Can someone please help me with this.

Hi Nira, if you never played with Facebook then it can't sync with anything.  Facebook is recognizing it as a brand new account so it's starting you at the beginning.  But don't fret because all you have to do is follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
