Given 1 hour bonuses Via buddy challenge and Didi egg, but not receiving them.

Question

I am not receiving earned bonuses. I am an avid player on level 3412. Because of this glitch I reinstalled the game and then lost all my saved bonuses from the wheel and winning challenges, and the problem is still happening. If this problem is not addressed soon, I guess I’ll be giving up my favourite game.. kinda takes a lot of the fun out of it. I have the latest version of the game and a brand new phone. Can someone please help?

Ok I just did it on my phone and I am still showing the image above when I open a level. Have you seen Didi on your phone this morning and have you tried it yet?  It might not have been working last week but it just worked for me.

I know how Didi works. The egg would open and day I had a one hour colour bomb, for example, then I would click the play button but wasn’t getting the colour bomb. The menu where you can choose bonuses did not display the time clock as it should, nor would the bomb be there when you hit play.

Hi Elissa, I have seen one other player report that they cannot connect to the buddy challenge but no one has reported Didi as not getting the rewards.  I want to make sure that you fully understand how Didi works because I just had to respond to someone here where she thought that she was supposed to collect rewards after each attempt of collecting the specific number of colored candies.  If you are thinking the same thing, then you are not realizing how Didi and Rami work.  You have to collect 20 blue, 60 purple, 80 orange, 100 blue, 120 purple and 150 orange - then you have to wait 2 hours and a box will pop up and you will collect i think it's 5 boosters.  Regarding the buddy challenge, let’s try some troubleshooting tips by following the steps on this link:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app.  It'll say the version you are running under the name.

On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.

On Windows 10,  Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.
