Hi again Elsa I also have my iPad which is not affected by this glitch, so can I ask you... would your answer be the same if I deleted Candy Crush from my iPhone would I still lose my awards and gold bars?

Yes it would be the same. It doesn't matter what mobile device you use because they are all just saved to that particular device so uninstalling the game will make you lose everything.

Hi Annie, if you uninstall the game from your iPhone, yes you will lose all lives and boosters. If it takes you back to level 1 again, we can give you steps to follow to get your progress back. Please think twice before uninstalling unless you don't have any accumulated boosters then you can't lose them.
As for the challenge returning, I sure hope that with the next game app update a lot of these glitches are fixed.
Can I ask will it always be like that on my iPhone or just for this session? Will it return back to normal next time Space Race returns?

Hi Annie, I don't understand it either. I know that there are lots of glitches from this week and it could have knocked your challenge out.

Hi Annie, are you referring to the Space Race where you have to collect green candies and then color bombs? The challenge came back yesterday. Maybe you need to do some troubleshooting. Follow the steps on here first: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/retrieving-your-game-on-an-apple-device
Then I'd like you to please check if you have the latest version of the game. On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name. You should have version 1.138.0.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
