My phone is broken and I'm not sure how it was connected to Candy Crush

My iphone is very broken and I'm not sure how to figure out how I was connected to Candy Crush. I've tried logging in through Facebook, but it starts at Level 1. I assume I was connected through Candy Crush but when I enter my email address to reset my password, it never sends the email even though it says the email has been sent. There is only one email address I would have used so it shouldn't be incorrect. Help?
