Level 3888

i completed this level after numerous attempts and the game did not move to 3889.  This is extremely frustrating.  This happened today 11-30-2018 at about 7:40.  Please look into this

Hi @Brigitte_Thorpe, are you seeing stars showing on level 3888?  If you see the stars and you click on 3889 and this new level isn't opening then that is very strange.  Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  If you do not see the stars showing then your avatar might have gotten stuck on 3888 and you would have to replay the level until you see the stars showing up.

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app.  It'll say the version you are running under the name.

On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name. 

Your game version should be 1.139.0.
