I am on level 1560, have asked several other players for lives, but when I go to my envelope, I can't open it.  It is also showing that there is 0 lives there.  I know that lives have been sent to me, but I can't get them to use.

This is a glitch that has already been reported to the studio. You can follow and post a message on the link below.  When the Community Manager has an update on this, she will be posting the update on this link.
