Two different progress saved in old and new device

I got new iPhone. I tried to save my progress using facebook and email id in old device. It saved two different progress in old and new devices. Old device saved the progress to the highest level I played but new device saved progress to level 11. Now even I try to log in using same facebook or email account to new device, it take me back to level 11 instead of taking me to highest level of old device. May be I made mistake somewhere to save progress. How can I get the highest level of my old phone to new phone? Please help.

Hi @chersamber, you should be playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. I am going to ask you to please get a Kingdom account.

Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

Thank you. I tried to follow the steps you instructed but no success. I completed the contact form but no response yet. It's been more than 1 week. Please help. Please remove the level 11 game progress from my account and that will keep me with only the highest level I am on.
