Weekly Race

What is the point of the weekly race? There are no prizes associated with it & I don’t really care how I’m doing against other players, none of whom I know.
There are already so many things popping up & cluttering up the game between levels. And now on my android phone it hangs the game - after a level ends I get a frozen screen for 10 seconds before the weekly race thing appears. Is it really necessary?

Hi @Kazza-3, I agree with you regarding that weekly race.  It is very annoying that when I finish a level or exit out of a level that box pops up telling me where I place.  Maybe if enough players complain about it they can offer a shut off for it. 

I haven't been getting the freezing but let's you and I keep our eyes posted here to see if anyone else complains about it.  Then I can gather the messages and ask for a shut off.

I found this post just to see if it was only me who was super annoyed by this screen. Why does this come up after each game?!!!

Hi @christien, I don't know why it does but it surely is annoying.

I believed that something was wrong because no matter how much I got to the second or third place I did not earn anything. I thought it had to be the first place. but I think that you do not even have a reward. That's why I like the community. I do not feel alone in the game. Greetings.

Hey guys I want to tell you that I told the Community Manager how annoying it is so maybe she will tell the studio that we are not happy with it always popping up.
