No update on Facebook or any other devices

Hello,
I play Candy Crush on my iPhone and I am at level 3209 (screenshot 1).
When I go on the app Candy Crush on Facebook (my account is synchronized) or on my iPad I come to level 2106. We can see I have I played next levels because of the stars (screenshot 2). Even if I scroll manually to level 3209 (quite annoying) and if I succeed to win that level on my iPad, I won’t see the progression on my iPhone.
What can I do ?

I think you meant to post in https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga so other members who play would be able to assist you. I will ask for it to be moved.
I see that level 2106 does not have stars. Did you try to replay that one again? For more info look at this FAQ
