Why I haven’t got “Season’s Stockings” fun events?

Why I haven’t got “Season’s Stockings” fun events? Therefore, I cannot get any rewards even I won the games. Please help.

My wife has been using her new iPad 6 for a month, and still does not have Season’s Stockings. Her iPad mini 2 still has it. Have tried every thing about logging out and logging back in etc. etc. She now wants to return her iPad 6, because this feature will not show up. Why is it on 1 iPad and not on the other, when going through Facebook? Help!!!!

Hi @navillus46, have you read the link that I posted above regarding the events?  Please read it so that you will understand what these events are all about.  Please tell your wife not to return her new iPad because if she can play it on her mini iPad then that's better than not getting it at all.  I have 2 iPads and I get them on one and not the other so I just switch back and forth when playing the games.  Same goes for my boosters.  Depending on what the level requires and what boosters I have, I may switch devices.

But she only wants to play it on her new iPad, much bigger display. Still can’t figure out why , when going through Facebook, both units are not identical in Candy Crush. Really should be.

Well, unfortunately, if she wants to play the game on a bigger display she might have to wait until she is randomly chosen to test these new challenges.  She might get one in the future that you don't get.

Find that hard to believe. Think Candy Crush just omits things on purpose, so it makes it much harder to complete, making one spend more money to try and finish. Sorry, just how we feel.

Hey @navillus46, you are entitled to feel like that!  And I can empathize with you.  When it comes to the events and challenges they start it off as randomly choosing players to test it out. If I had a magic wand I'd wave it over your wife's new device and magically make it appear.  But really, seriously, I do empathize with you and I thank you for expressing how you feel.
