Missing power ups

What do you do when you are sure you are missing power ups and not accumulating them with the daily gift and updating your home area?  I tried to email support about it but all I got was a generic reply saying to use the forum.  I should have around 9 or 10 of each power up but only have 4-5.  I'm not sure where they went?!

Hi @andreah1, sorry that your message wasn't picked up before now.  How are you accumulating them?  If it's through some specific event/challenge some of them don't get accumulated.  Instead they get added to the next level when you open it.

I accumulate them thru the daily gift - all of a sudden a bunch were missing, I'm slowly accumulating them again but still missing the bunch that disappeared.

Have you ever done the Sugar Drop challenge?  You can collect up to 13 free boosters every 8 hours.  You can read more about it here:

Thanks, I'll try it....but, would love to have back what was "stolen" from me.

Unfortunately boosters are not reimbursed so that's why I want you to take advantage of the Sugar Drop challenge and build them up much faster!
