4266 glitch

on 4266 the waffles don't drop down so the cherries can never make it around the conveyor - please fix

Eugene: I am a player, not a king.com admin.  I do agree with your comment.  Really, it sure needs to be fixed cause I have been on this level for 2 days now and not once have waffles dropped down!!!!  I wish the programmer would get his acts together.  Have you noticed looking at the videos--they are king.com admins who won, waffles automatic drops down.

Hi @eugene and @Bernadine, I am not a King Admin but I am a King Superstar and that means that I volunteer my time to come here to help answer questions.  The first thing that they are going to want you to do is to try some troubleshooting to see if that corrects it.  Then they are going to want you to make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.

Elsa: Thank you for your fast reply.  Yes, I do have the current browser and it is updated.  So, all is good.  I truly believe it is the level itself that king.com people need to fix.  If a lot of us players complain, then, I know it will be fixed.  Otherwise, we are or be wasting our time try to beat this level when we know it can't be done if the the waffles won't drop.

I know what it is!  I remember playing this level!  You don't need the waffles at all.  What happens is that the cherries are going to go around to the top, then across, then down on the right and then across the bottom.  When it gets to the end of the conveyor belt they will all drop down one after the other.  I cleared it because I have no patience waiting to make matches for the keys so I just hit them with lollipops and that gives me those extra couple of moves.  Here is a video so that you can see what I mean.

Thanks Elsa. I already seen this video, but didn’t do me any good cause the waffles need to be there to help push the cherries up, across, down, across and drop

So what you are saying is that you have to make sure that the waffles don't get destroyed because then the cherries will drop down and never make it to the top correct?  I'd love to know what these programmers think about when they create these levels.

Yes. I haven’t seen any waffles got destroyed but like I said we do need them to help the cherries to make it journey

I bet that you clear the level today!  Last week 7 players complained and within hours they wrote back saying that they cleared their lives.  So let's make you #8!

there is a glitch - I also put a comment on the candy crush fb page and they answered me back with this
Candy Crush Saga We are already aware of this and working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible but we just don't have a time frame for a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience while we look in to this!

I have the same issue, if the waffles don;t appear, and they havent in 3 days of trying. The level is unplayable. Please fix it. { am playing on facebook/ PC / windows 7. Brian Brunyee

Yes I know. Isn’t it awesome.  I checked my computer this morning and the game was doable and I passed it
