buddy challenge why has it been loading on both my FB and win 10 app

my buddy challenge has been loading now on FB and win 10 app for at least 6 weeks I get a picture of a tv screen with flashing on it saying loading!!! this is an irritant as the constant flashing is not very nice and why isn't it loading I have tried logging out exiting turning it on and off with no joy I cant change buddy or do anything if it isn't working cant you just get rid of it thank you

    Hi @Guy_Barnett, could you possibly do a print screen of what you are seeing?  I haven't seen recent complaints about the Dynamic Duo but it could be a new glitch starting.  Here is a link to help you with the print screen.

    This is my problem too... I have encountered the exact same thing as Guy. Same screen and it has been going on for weeks. Please correct this for me.

    Elsa any news on this issue???  I still have no buddy challenge/dynamic duo.  Still the spinning and loading. I sent numerous memos to support but never a reply except for the bot Anna. What do I need to do to get any help with this issue.?

    HI @Banished, I haven't heard anything yet.  I've also asked what's going on with all the challenges but no word on anything yet and now we are going into the weekend.  Please remind me Monday morning and I will try to contact the community manager to see if she has any updates on any of the challenges.
