Problem with playing Windows 10 Candy Crush

There is an intermittent problem with the Windows 10 version of the game. The game will freeze and my PC starts emitting a buzzing noise. The only way out is to manually shut down my computer and restart it. This has happened to me about 4 times in the last 2 weeks.

    Hi @Peter_Tornaros, no one else is reporting this.  I just opened the game on Windows 10 and it opened no problem.  Could it be your computer that is doing this?  Is it happening with other games or just CC Saga?

    I have no problem opening the game, it freezes during the game. I rarely play other games except Candy Crush, which I also play through Facebook, on my PC. I have no problem with the Facebook version or any other function on my computer. I suppose it is just another glitch with Candy Crush I have to put up with that costs boosters, lives and once also gold bars !!

    Hi @Peter_Tornaros, I remembered that I had a troubleshooting link for Windows 10 and I just found it.  Check it out to see if anything works on that.  Last resort you can always uninstall the game and reinstall from the store because you won't lose your boosters.  Players have tried this already.

    That would annoy the heck out of me!  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?  I had to do that once but can't remember now what the problem was.  You won't lose your boosters so if you haven't done that yet, please give it a try.

    I have the Windows 10 Candy Crush Saga App. I don't have any issues with it. I would suggest that you UNINSTALL IT, go to Microsoft Store and RE-UPLOAD IT.
