candy crush saga can't be sync with other account or can't transfer.

Hi @CateR and @Sukanta_Biswas, where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  Facebook or the Kingdom?  I prefer the Kingdom because playing through Facebook there are too many glitches.  @Sukanta_Biswas, yes the progress can be moved by creating a Kingdom account. It's great to see you responding to messages here!  Here is a link on how to create a Kingdom account.

Once you have that account, please get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Then finally (sorry so many steps), you are going to complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your progress.  You will get an email with a ticket number on it but please be patient because it might take a couple of days before you hear from them.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic.

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

• Go to the King website at King.com/games
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
