Playing Candy Crush on IPhone 8 on IOS 13.1.  Twice today I played level 4026 until about 10 moves left. When I dragged the two color bombs together, the game crashed with the error attached. I don’t think the game is solvable with this problem. Please advise.

Hi @smarcg67 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 In this level, you need to let enough chocolate to grow so you can collect your order. When you had a double color bomb explosion you were probably left without a possibility to grow more chocolate, hence the message on the screenshot. You can read more about it on the link below.

I hope this will help you. If not, I strongly recommend taking a break for a day or two to clear your mind. It helped me numerous times to finish the level once I come back to the game. Good luck and keep crushing 🍭

Hello,
I would like report a bug.
When we are approaching to Mastering the levels say in three first time win 9/12 we will win golden crown but we have left with two games on that level and when we clear one game in first time even than game show us golden crown win screen by 10/12 but we have only one game left on that level and their is no chance to win golden crown their.
Its clear their thet player will win silver crown their and no chance to win golden crown so no need to show the golden crown meter to player.

I am on level three seven five times and have created a loop that I cannot break with the candy falling down through the portal on the bottom and coming to the top and the continuous motion has been going on for 5 minutes will what can I do

Under the Events tab, there is a group competition called Fantastic Five. It has not reset since it ended. I see pop-ups after completing levels that I'm earning points towards the competition, but it shows nothing.

@holstnm This is being looked in to as happening with a few people. something to do with grahpic not showing correct info to score. you may want to look at F5 information on main page as there is a lot of info regarding F5 information in here

I have no idea what you mean by main page. Main page of King? Is this to be viewed on computer or can I see it on my phone? I've looked, and I don't see any "F5 information on main page."
