Candy Crush graphic elements have changed size
Some Candy Crush graphic elements have suddenly changed size, often becoming too large so that they obscure the play elements. See attached pic of level 3677. This doesn't happen all the time though, level 3676 played fine (but level 3676 has no large graphic elements). I've tried reinstalling but the same problem reoccurs. Any suggestions?

In this example the "Select Booster" graphics are too small…

Another example: incorrectly sized graphic elements obscuring candies on the board. Any ideas?

Hi @Nique-2, @Tamas, where are you both playing the game? Is it on a browser? Sometimes the sizing gets changed somehow. Someone wrote about playing on Chrome and the page got too large. You can read about that here:In the meantime, I am going to keep checking the messages here to see if someone else is having the same problem. If either of you see a message with this problem, can you please write back here and let me know with the message link.
I never saw an image that small. Perhaps it's not the size then. I am going to ask both of you to try some troubleshooting to see if it clears this.

Hi Elsa, thanks for your suggestions but still having the same problem. I'm playing on a fast Windows 10 PC where the game has always worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. I also play on a Surface Pro with Windows 10, and that has developed exactly the same problem very recently. My Edge browser scores 494 on the HTML browser test. I've cleared the cache and checked that Edge is completely up to date. I tried to download the game in Chrome but as far as I could tell, Candy Crush Saga was not available, only some Candy Crush desktop backgrounds and similar stuff, but not the full game. I also play on my Samsung phone and that is working as it should. As stated previously, uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't help either. I'm attaching another screen shot, as you will see it seems to mainly be the gum dispensers that are displaying way too large, thereby obscuring the candies underneath. Any other ideas???

Oh wow, now I see the problem! So it can't be the browsers. I think there was a similar problem on Windows 10 where it was blurred on the exits but then it corrected itself. I am going to tag @QueenMia who is helping @Cezdiamond, (Community Manager for this game) and I'd like her to show this to the studio to see if they have further suggestions for you. Perhaps they were able to help with the blurred exits and might also have an answer for this.

I posted a thread on this about a week or so ago and there are several more of us having the exact same problem. No solution was found on my thread either.0

PROGRESS! Just now I loaded the game and the issue seems to be RESOLVED! I hope I'm not speaking prematurely, but the "gum dispensers" have reverted to normal size and the play field looks more or less as it should be. 12 hours ago it was still bad and I'm not aware of anything like a King or Microsoft update that has happened to fix it. But hey, I hope all the other players who have been having problems find the same improvement. Thanks to all, especially Elsa for your concern and for suggesting the many tips - much appreciated! I won't post again unless the problem reoccurs...
