Help! I lost most of my levels

Question

Hi, can anyone help?
I used to play candy crush a while ago connected to my Facebook account, but it got got unlinked since I got a new phone but I carried on playing anyway. I have since reached to almost level 1900. I recently reconnected to my Facebook thinking it will merge the accounts but it actually reset all the way back to 786... please help ? I don’t have King account unfortunately.

Hello Pummy, thank you for the response, unfortunately I don’t think I have saved my game. I’ve tried all of my emails on the King Login and none of them appears to have been registered. So I must not have had a Kingdom account. Is there any other way to retrieve the levels ?

I am sorry to hear that you lost your level progress....  try this link and see if it helps you

Once you are all set, create a Kingdom account and Sync your progress, then you won't have any issues with your game :+1:
