back to level 1 :(

hello!
I have also lost all my progress in candy crush after I had to Update the candycrush app (as it didnt open).

I have played candy crush without siging in with an fb account or email, playing it only as a ”guest” I guess.
I am currently back to level 1 from level 400+

Update the device software
If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device,
you can see if there is an update manually:
Connect your Android phone to the Wi-Fi Network. Go to Settings > About device, then tap System Updates > Check for Updates >

Update to download and install the latest Android version.

Your phone will automatically reboot and upgrade to the new Android version when the installation completed.

Clear App Cache

It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush saga > Tap Clear cache option.
Give me feedback after testing the causes.

Hi Candy Community.

Every few days, my Candy Crush keeps going back to level 1. When I immediately exit this level, my actual level and avatar have gone at least 10 to 20 levels back. And all my boosters disappear with no recent updates/installs or changes on my Android phone.

The most recent time, i was on level 3094 and now I'm back at 3083.
This is getting frustrating. Help.

King always says that you keep the game safe in Facebook or Kingdom. any harmful attack can delete your data, its was happen same with you. If you have lost your game data completely then you will not get the level back.
