I have reached level 662 but unable to pass bcoz of just 14 moves.Is it possible bcoz I heard that there must be 30 moves.plz help

With regards to "Change of moves" in some levels, please read this article in which, a clear explanation was provided by one of the Community Managers https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/231036/level-changing-on-candy-crush-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends-or-as-on-videos/p1?new=1
Now, with regards to the level, few tips from a fellow player -- This game is beatable but, with much patience!!
1) When we have only few moves, it is always best to start the game with some boosters -- for this level, a Color Bomb and a Striped / Wrapped combo candy;
2) Try using 10 Gold bars at the end of the level if you are very close to the goal.
