saving progress

I would like to save my progress, not regain my progress but save it - when I go to the in-game help, and put in my email and pswd, what comes up is: "Oops, an unknown error has occurred".  Although I can play the game (saga) I cannot receive any awards or re-wards as the game tells me I have to connect - my tablet shows me connected and I have gone on and off line several times hoping it would catch.  I need technical support, how can I reach the techs that can help me fix the problem?

Got my progress saved, found my old account - lost all my "cheats" but seldom used them anyhow - thanks for the help.
