I have had charges being made on my account this past weekend that I did not make.  How can I get this settled?

    Hi

    I tapped on the sign saying 69 gold bars tab that appears when you run out of lives thinking that it would show me the price in order for me decide whether to purchase. Instead, as soon as I clicked it, I was given 6hrs of lives!! I have no idea how much this cost and am not happy that it was an immediate purchase. How can this be sorted?

    Yesterday 7/24/2020 I made two purchases of $19.99 to play for 24 hours of bonuses and 200 coins. I had the credits when I played before work.....less than 6 hours later at lunch time I went to play and my unlimited bonuses were at 5 and 6 rather than 18 hours remaining. I reported this but have had no response or confirmation that they are looking into it. Now today there is a special offer of 2 days unlimited for $19.99. but I am already out $39.98 and did not get what I paid for. I am owed a refund or the bonuses time I paid for.

    Sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your purchase, Apologies but we do not deal with purchases in the community as it contains your personal information

    • If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
    • When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
    • Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
    • Or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page ( you will need your game ID for this )

    Seem like you have made an accidental purchase and you can refer here for Apple device but the steps are the same for other account.

    Subsequently, you may want to restrict your in-app purchase for the following devices:-

    1. Android
    2. Apple
    3. Amazon
