Allow use of boosters when all moves are gone

Sometimes there is just one jelly left when I have 0 moves, I wish I could use a lollipop hammer or other booster to finish the level.

Sometimes, while you're having the move was gone in jelly levels. When only grab the Lollipop Hammer. But in Ingredient levels don't work. I want need doing about add.0
