Cant send gifts to my friends

Please anytime i want to send a life or gift to a friend after selecting them there is no send there for me to forward it to them. Please ant help?

@Elsa here is another one with the lives issue if you send it to the studio.

@1happypuppy, I believe this a problem the game studio is looking into now from another post on this issue.

I have been playing this game for quite sometime and have always received lives but within the last week I no longer receive lives and when the window appears to send help for a friend listed who is stuck on a level when I hit the submit button nothing happens and no help response is sent. I haven't changed any settings. I have no problems receiving lives in any of the other games I play. Not sure why this is happening in Candy Crush Sag only.

Also, check your internet connection, you have to be online to send lives. It would be useful if you can make a screenshot for me so I can see what exactly is happening. Thank you. I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
