I lost my progress when I switched to a new device. Can I get it back??
yes ... your progress is stored on any device you use
and ... when you login using facebook your progress is stored too
sometimes it takes awhile for devices to sync up with the 'facebook' progress
when you login successfully using facebook ... you will see icons of your friends along with their scores when you play a level
It’s been over 24 hours and nothing
options:
1) wait for it to sync up on its own
2) you and I can try to login to ABS through facebook
3) we may need @Crazy_Cat_Lad to lend a hand
one other option ... try using your old device until this is resolved
Thanks. I have my old device to a friend and wiped it clean so unfortunately not an option.
while we are waiting for someone to look at your account ...
we can see what happens when trying to log in to facebook ...
start your new device ...
look for the green 'Play' button ...
below the green button is a blue button ... does it read 'My account' ... or does it have your ABS login name?
if it reads 'My account' then click on 'My account' ... below "Already have a King account?" click on "LOG IN"
... DO NOT 'REGISTER WITH FACEBOOK' ...
please tell us what happened ... sorry the images are reversed below ...
Your game is saved on a King account with the same email you are using here in the Community.
The game is on level 272, but if you were on a higher level, please let me know which one and I will manually move you up where you were.
