all my booster have disapear, how can i recovery?

@yo_soy_grut, you have been very fortunate that this was only the first time that you lost everything. Unfortunately, they cannot reimburse you for these if you earned them through events.

One day everything was fine, and the next day everything was set to zero (boosters), but I'm still at the same level of play.
Yes, I play through a mobile phone, but registered in king, so as not to lose my progress. in 2 years nothing similar had happened to me. Now all my counters are at zero
Hi @yo_Soy_grut, if you are playing the game on a mobile device you can lose the lives and boosters at any time because they are only saved to that device so that you can play the game offline. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
