Hello, I'm a Belgian player since a little more than 5 years now.

I'm currently playing on a Iphone X but I will change soon of device.

I also wanted to play on my tablet (Samsung).

I signed in on my Iphone to save my progression (I'm currently at level 2930). When I log in on my tablet with my email address (stef.candy.rutten@gmail.com), I have to start again from level 1.

I disconnect from my Iphone and return too to level 1 but when I signed in again, i'm back on level 2930.

Why can't I recover my progression on my tablet ? What will happen when I will be changing my Iphone ?
