Remember, these event are not always there. These stages come in gradually. If you're in the testing group, you'll get it back again. Take a little patience

You should take a look @PhonePisko issues on iOS iPad App. This bug should be reported.
Once in a while my Dynamic Duo gets stuck on Loading but it goes back to normal when the App is restarted.Is this the only issue you have with iOS CCS App?
Are your Apps set to Automatically Update in the iOS Settings?
Let's try a safer Option first! I want you to fully Turn-Off your iPad where you are asked to swipe on the Screen to turn-off. Wait 60 seconds, then turn it on. If the problem persists, I will give you a Second Option.
