Why isn't my profile picture showing up and level numbers above what I'm playing

I'm not seeing my profile pic and not getting rewards.  It keeps telling me to connect to internet.  I am connected.

Hi Mary Beth! Welcome to King Community!

What device are you using and how do you connect to the internet? Are you directly connected to a Modem thru your PC or is your Modem connected to a Router providing Wi-Fi connections to that device and to several other devices?

Also, I see my profile picture now, but no booster awards for signing in each day have been given to me for quite some time.  Maybe a couple weeks.  I can't say for sure.  And I can't see my mail in the game.  When I did see my mail, it said I had to hook up to the internet to reply.  I am home at my own WiFi which I've never had a problem connecting to.

I'm on an iPad Samsung device.

I'm still working on this problem.  I've cleared my cookies and cache.  I'm still trying get my boosters.  I'm stuck...
