Sugar Drop not giving the prizes

Hallo,
when I complete a level that brings the sugar drop count to the number needed for a reward, the gift box shows the boosters won and I press the Claim reward button ... but the boosters are not added to my supply of boosters. The same thing happens with the boosters won on the Daily Wheel. I play on King's platform. Thank you for every help!

Thanks for posting the link @Sukanta_Biswas.  There is a problem playing through king.com because that is the old version and the events/rewards are not working.  You will have to switch over to Facebook and play the game through there.

I'm not on facebook and I hope that they will adjust the game on king's platform. At the moment we cannot win any booster and this kills many fun moments of the game. The game worked fine for many many years, why did someone touch it?

It’s not that they touched it.  It was created with Flash and that is outdated so it’s not always an easy fix when Adobe doesn’t support it.  The rewards should be working by the end of this week.  The studio is working on a fix now.

The studio is supposed to be fixing it this week.  Please check your game today to see if it's been fixed.
