In Candy Crush why am I able to spin the wheel if I am not going to receive the prizes?

I'm on king.com using windows 7 PC.  I am not part of facebook.  Why am I no longer getting daily or earned boosters (since April 17th)

Thanks for tagging me @Sukanta_Biswas.  @BRITGAL the problem is on king.com.  It was set up with Flash which has now become the old version.  In order to continue getting the rewards you need to be on the new version.  Have you checked out the link above?  That explains how to do it.  The only way that it will work for you is to set up a Facebook account just for the game.  Then you can add the game to your Facebook account.  If you choose to try this route then I can offer you some direction on how to get your progress from king.com to your new Facebook account.
