Glitch on level 4114

I don't know if anyone else on here has experienced a glitch on level 4114, but I am frustrated over it. 
DAYS spent on the level... LOTS of boosts used up. FINALLY got all of the cherries to fall from both sides... and one of the cherries decides to glitch and skip the green arrow and fall on the conveyor belt below. 
YES, I am whining. This is not fair... and I won't play again until they correct the problem and contact me about it instead of sending generic emails that don't apply to my issue at all!

As for this specific level, I didn't reach it yet and I am not sure if this glitch is happening to other players. Therefore, I will tag my friend @Elsa as I know she passed that level for sure and maybe she is familiar with it. Thank you for your understanding. Have a wonderful day 🤗

Sorry, I followed the link from an email they sent me on my issue and it brought me to this page. Didn't even notice it was for FRIENDS Saga as I am totally new to this page. I reposted my comment/plea for help on the Saga page. Thanks!!!

@firebombmarkus Sorry that I joined because I am frustrated. I didn't even know this place existed. I like to relax and burn my 5 lives of crushing candy, and I can take being stuck on a level for weeks and weeks. But when you pass a level and are cheated from it by a glitch in the game... it is frustrating. Can anyone on this page even help with stuff like that, or is this just a community of players. The link to this forum was on the bottom of an email I received. I had reported my problem, then got a generic email back, then they sent me a customer service survey wanting to know how their customer service was... well IT IS AWFUL. They didn't even address my issue... AT ALL.

@babyandme1216 I totally agree with you, it is frustrating and it's good that you are raising this glitch so we can report it to the studio. We have Superstars, as you can see from my signature I am one of them, Elsa is too. We are volunteers who are helping the players around. The studio is always monitoring levels for glitches and we will elevate this to our CM for sure if it is a glitch. That's why I tagged Elsa so she can check it first. If so, we will address it, no need to be worried. In the meantime, you can go back to some previous levels and earn some boosters by collecting sugar drops or just try to top your previous scores.

Thanks for tagging me @firebombmarkus.  I am going to elevate this level @babyandme1216 to the community moderator.  I see 4 other messages posted here about this level and even though they are a bit older the studio might need to make a change on it.

@babyandme1216 just got word that the studio is looking into this level and hopefully the next game app update will fix this.  Not sure when the update will be but they usually don't take too long to release them.
