Never got purchased item but was charged

Ordered an in app item on candy candy. Lollipop hammer. Was charged for the item but never received it. Needed it to win a level. Was unable to use it so I would like the charge refunded please.

Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, Read here for solution.
If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.
If this is not resolved then contact King Care.  When contacting King Care, please write your game ID. See here how to find your Game Id
