Change the "Day #" after each day you are longed into Candy Crush on The TREAT CALENDAR

I play Candy Crush EVERYDAY and have done so for years!!! WHY is it that I can play Candy Crush from between 8:00AM and Midnight off and on during the day but when I log into Candy Crush Saga the NEXT morning The TREAT CALENDAR is still on Day 1 ?!?!? I have yet to reach Day 2 on the TREAT CALENDAR which makes no sense at all since I play EVERYDAY!!!!
Also, on the DAILY BOOSTER, why do y'all even have the JACKPOT on the wheel... I have NEVER landed on JACKPOT in the years I have been playing... y'all must have it set not to stop on JACKPOT so that we, the players, will buy boosters which I have been doing but am going to stop buying boosters....
