This is similar to the popular dish in the Philippines called "Lechon". I can't prepare the whole pig. I can only get a part. Pork Belly would have been the best part but since I can't get it in my area, I just settled for Pork Shoulder which works just fine. The photos I have here is on its final stage of roasting, making the skin crispy on high heat of 500°F for 20 minutes.
