I just submitted the contact us form for the second time trying to find assistance for my problem. The discussion boards can only offer so much advice, and sometimes the problem cannot be solved by players. The second time I filled out the contact form was a complaint about how I was redirected to the community forum after searching for help from the app team the first time. I have checked the community forum and posted individually but my problem cannot be solved through this system. I'm now more annoyed because after submitting feedback on my disappointment in the app support, I immediately received an email referring me back to the community forum yet again.
I highly suggest that Candy Crush get some actual app support and should listen to the players.
