Candy Crush Saga is broken on King.com

Until a week or so ago it was fine but now there's no lives received from friends, also there's no friends requesting lives, obviously this part of the game is broken. Can we have someone look into this and fix the problem, it shouldn't be too difficult.

    Hi @lobo123!  Welcome to the community.  Do you play thru Facebook or King.com?  This is an ongoing problem for people who play thru king.com and King is working on resolving it.  The community moderator @Jelly Jenny has been asked for an update.  She has been on vacation but should be back tomorrow.

    This issue is still not resolved, it's been a few weeks now, surely it's a simple fix for the tech guys.

    I play on King.com with Mac Safari. I have lost the friends to progress..no one to send tickets to move on to the next level. Been like this several weeks now.

    @gztyp7 Post your game Id on here and @Crazy Cat Lad can get the level opened up for you. you will have to be patient as he will only answer in his working hours

    If you are playing the game on king.com you are not going to get everything working correctly. There are several glitches and the studio needs to update this website to HTML5. The best way for you to play the game to get your rewards and lives is to play either through Facebook with a computer or Windows 10 with your King account. Or if you have a mobile then you can upload the game app and then log in to your King account from there.
