What platform are you playing on? King.com, Facebook, Android or iPhone/ iPad?

Do you get any error message or doesn't the game just open up for you?

I am in touch with a large group of PC players

some players have reported loading problems during the past 24 hours

1) "Been loading on my mac for 1 hour and just received error message"

2) "I cannot get the game to load on my phone but it's fine on my tablet"

3) "Here I sit waiting for gameroom to load"

Why want the game load?

most likely the game will start loading without any action on your part

it is often a facebook issue

my group has about 20 active players and none have reported any loading problems ... yet

options:

1) wait for it to fix itself

2) try to debug it with help from @Crazy Cat Lad

3) experiment on your own

you may have missed @Crazy Cat Lad this week ... he is in Spain and his work week ends in a few hours

he is here most weekdays

some experiments you can try:

1) try another browser

2) try another device

3) try using gameroom

4) try your mobile device on another wifi(i.e. Starbucks)

please post back if it fixes itself ... or if one of the experiments is successful

You need to clean the memory cache and restart ..!!
