Hi @MichelleG80, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

These videos and events come and go so that everyone has a chance to use them.  Players are randomly chosen for one event and you might be chosen for another.  Then you lose your event and might get theirs instead.

Not sure why, but I have not been able to play videos for a booster for several months. Very annoying since my husband still can and he is only a level or 2 behind me. I play on my iPhone X and my iPad. How do I get it back? My app automatically updates to the new version.
