Weird thing happened to me today. I did not have the Garden Party in the morning when it was supposed to appear. It then appeared several hours later, and I am 100 % sure I fully completed level 3000. However, when I took a look hours later, level 3000 was again playable and looked like I had not touched it. I played it again (luckily it is a very easy and enjoyable level), hopefully this time the result sticks.
