Every week I collect about 10 to 12 gold blocks, but they all disappear weekly. I have changed my password once thinking that someone hacked into my account. But that was not the case. Is there a reason for that? And is there a way to fix it?

I would like join the conversation along with my friend @Sukanta_Biswas and ask you few questions for our clarification please!!
1) You said in one of your messages above, that you are not using the Gold Bars for extra moves!! Are you thinking they might be disappearing without any reason?
2) Did you notice whether the Bars are disappearing while you are playing the game or after the game is closed?
3) You said above that "Every time you reach 10 blocks or more, they disappeared" -- What do you mean by that? Do you mean to say that every time you log in to the game, you see 10 less Gold Bars then the day before?
4) The particular amount of Gold Bars -- 14 Bars sounds like you might have used them for "Extra Moves" Spinning wheel (it will be in green colour) like @Sukanta_Biswas addressed -- each spin costs 7 bars each!!
And 10 Bars to buy 5 extra moves and 9 Bars to buy Lives. You know, even a very gentle tap can trigger the purchase, if we did not notice!! That could be the case too!!
