Lost all levels

Question

After reaching level 2023 I saved my progress to Kingdom account as I do not have a Facebook account. It then immediately took me back to Level 1. I play on an Apple iPad and have no way of knowing if I am able to retrieve them. I cannot possibly start from the beginning. Can I have some assistance please?

Great!  I just thought of a better idea.  Now that you have that number I am going to ask you to complete the contact form

The community moderator might be very busy tomorrow because there are a few glitches going on.  So it's best to complete the contact form and they can manually go into your new account and get you
back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a
