How do I advance to next level in Candy Crush when it says I've completed all 3 stars?

Hello,

I've completed all stars in level 80, and it says Wonderful! Level completed! but it doesn't advance to level 81.  What can I do about this?

Your avatar might be stuck on that level.  Let's try some troubleshooting to see if we can resolve it.  Clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  I am assuming it's mobile so click on one of the links below to complete it.
