Timed rewards (boosters) to be on occassion only

It is fine to have some timed rewards occasionally, however we should receive rewards that are not time sensitive so that we can accumulate them as boosters to use at a later time.  The reason for this is that sometimes the timed boosters are irrelevent since they do not apply to the level that is being played at the time or sometimes they re received when you are at the end of the game and therefore not really a reward.
