Yes @underscorelive2059, I've had to write to them about 4 times now and got my issues resolved. I don't understand why it's not working now. I did it on a computer so maybe it's different than doing it on mobile.

I feel better when the big problem to recover a password will be solved. I never had such an issue with a password like here. I am now on level over 3400. Shortly I will delete this game.
