Forgot the Password

Hi

I have forgotten the password for my account. The mail to reset the password never arrived. I hav also checked the spam folder. But there is no mail.

I wrote to the support but then I always get useless information to connect my account with facebook. I dont want to connect the account with facebook.

I only wish to receive the mail to reset my password for the game account!

Thank you for your help. I am olaying the game on my iPad. There I tried the password recovery several times. But I dont received any mail. Also I looked into the spam folder. But there was nothing.

Ok since you are on mobile click the question mark for the help center.  Click on techical and connection issues.  Right at the bottom it says "Still need help"  and to contact them.  Do that.

I have done it. Then I receive an automated mail how to connect to facebook and how to get lives from friends but nothing about my question the recovery of the password. The response of the mail then is unanswered. On this point I was already on another way.

It's now about a week that I am trying to recover my password. Such an easy function does not work and nobody can help or solve this problem. Really ennoying!

Got no email response on my mail. The first one was sent on Tuesday and the last yesterday.

I think there is no support.

Is there a ticket number on one of them?  If so, then reply back that you are still waiting for help.

Yes there are numbers in the subject line. I replied back but no answer until now. But I got a feedback mail  I rated with one star even one star is a too good tating for no support in a simple password recovery thing!
