King on PC cant request friends help to advance to next episode. Also not receiving anything from friends

There are a lot of glitches going on when playing the game on king.com.  The lives is one of those glitches.  The studio is trying to fix them but it's not resolved yet.

Any update on this issue?  I'm  having the same issue accessing King.com on Windows 10 PC.  Unable to send/receive lives and receive help moving to next episode.
