Hi @kassandra68, I think I might have just answered you in another message. Where are you playing - computer or mobile device? There is a Facebook token expiration that would cause your game not to open. You have to access your Facebook settings and click on the Apps and websites and when that opens up look at the tabs and click on the "Expired" tab to see if the game is there. If it is then click on the edit and allow access again. If it's not this please give us more information so that I can direct you further.
Thanks for getting back to me. I know there was a problem a while ago when playing on Google Chrome. I think the players had to go back to an older Chrome version to get the game working again. Let's try this first. Try another browser like Firefox, Opera or Edge. See if that resolves the problem. If not, then I'll go dig up the information for Chrome.
I have the same problem. Has been about a week since I have been able to play on my computer via Chrome (tried Edge, same thing). Did everything that has been mentioned: Cleaned browser, Checked that the game was Active, etc. It only happens on CC Saga, Jelly & Soda are fine.
Hi all, above I mentioned something about the Facebook token expiring and a player was able to get around that. It was showing active but she went ahead and saved it and that resolved the problem. Please try that.
Even if it's not expired go into the "Active" tab and click on the edit and then when the box pops up click on save. That's what the player did and it worked for her.
