My progress in Candy Crush won't sync with King account

Dear Support,
my primary phone for playing Candy Crush is iPhone 6. Now I am going to use Samsung Galaxy S9+. I've logged in on my iPhone with King account marijanarasic65@gmail.com and my progress won't sync on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ when I log in with King account. I have tried every tip given on this community and nothing helps. Just to be aware, I don't have Facebook so my progress can't be synced with Facebook account.
