I do not have any graphics either. I do not see the boosters added to my inventory in the old flash version. However after I have completed the sugar track or a portion of it and check either the Win 10 App or the HTML version the boosters have been added to my inventory. If you have quite a few boosters you may not notice them. It is most noticeable when you receive gold bars. Anyway that is the way it has been working for me. I agree with you about level 3309 for sure! 🙃
